What to expect after you reach out
I typically respond within 1 to 2 working days. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a short discovery call to talk through what you actually need – no proposal lands in your inbox before that conversation happens.

Zoeke is based in Gauteng – working in person across Vanderbijlpark, Sasolburg, Johannesburg, Pretoria and even as far as Cape Town – fully remotely with all clients. Most of the process happens online regardless of location.

Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes – most of the process happens remotely regardless of where you’re based.
I’m not sure which service I need, is that okay?
Completely. Use the form or book a call, and we’ll figure out the right starting point together.
Yes, all projects require a 25 to 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due before final delivery.
The deposit is non-refundable once a project begins, in line with the studio’s Terms & Conditions. Nothing is charged before that deposit is paid, so there’s no risk in having the initial conversation.
How many revisions do I get?
Most projects include 3–5 rounds of revisions, depending on the package – see each service page for specifics. Additional rounds beyond that are billed at R250 per revision.
How long does a typical project take?
Graphic design projects are completed within 14 working days. Website, brand strategy and marketing projects are completed within 1 to 2 months, unless a different timeline has been agreed upfront.
Who owns the final files once the project is done?
You do, in full, once final payment is received. I retain the right to show the work in my own portfolio and marketing unless full copyright assignment has been purchased separately.
What if I go quiet partway through a project?
If there’s no response for 20 consecutive days, the project is considered complete and the final invoice is issued – worth keeping in mind if things get busy on your end mid-project.
