What Retropack needed
Retropack delivers fresh fruit, veggies and spices to homes and businesses across Johannesburg, and also sells agricultural packaging products nationwide, two fairly different product lines under one roof. They wanted a fun, colourful online shop that still felt like the family-run business they are, not a generic grocery site.
02 | The Approach
What I did
Built as a full online store with clear separation between the weekly produce boxes and the packaging product range, so customers immediately understand what applies to them. The visual direction leans bright and playful throughout, matching the “from the farmer to your door” personality of the brand rather than a clinical eCommerce look.

What changed
The site now runs Retropack’s full online ordering system, combo boxes, individual produce, and their separate packaging catalogue.
